Rob has spent more than 30 years in healthcare, and for most of that time he has been the person responsible for getting nurses ready to do the job well.
He started in 1991 as a U.S. Army combat medic. He served four years on active duty, overseas and at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, one of the Army's top hospitals. After moving to the Reserves, he earned his LVN in 1997. In 2000 he founded a nurse staffing company, and over nine years he placed hundreds of RNs, LVNs, and CNAs in hospitals, nursing homes, and home health agencies.
Rob went on to earn his RN in 2011, his BSN in 2017, and his MHA in 2023. Beginning in 2015, he led case management departments at four hospitals in Texas and California, onboarding hundreds of nurses and delivering annual training to thousands.
He built TPM Interactive Learning Studio around one lesson from all of those years: staff don't fail training because they don't care. They fail because the training was never built for how they actually work. Every TPM module is designed by someone who has done the job, staffed the job, and trained the people doing it.
