Solutions

What we build, from your own policies.

Short, nurse-built training for home health, hospice, home care, assisted and senior living, and the staffing agencies that serve them. Everything is built by one RN, starting with a single pilot module.

Solution 1 of 6

Custom Interactive Modules

One policy, one behavior, one short interactive module your staff will actually finish. This is the core of what we build, and the format of the $1,500 founding pilot.

  • Read-and-sign doesn’t change practice. Staff attest they read the policy. Few could tell you what to do the moment it applies.
  • Library courses don’t match your policy. Generic content teaches someone else’s procedure, so supervisors re-train in the field.
  • No evidence beyond a signature. When a surveyor or manager asks “how do you know they can do it?”, a sign-in sheet is a thin answer.

What’s included

  • Script and storyboard mapped line by line to your policy
  • AI presenter video with captions (disclosed as AI)
  • 2–3 scored decision points with explained feedback
  • Branded web module (works in any browser, no LMS needed) and MP4
  • Supervisor competency sign-off checklist (3–5 behaviors)
  • Printable completion record
  • One consolidated revision round
  • Add-ons: SCORM package, Spanish version with human review

Who it’s for

Home health, hospice, home care, and senior living teams with a policy that no library covers.

Good to know: Modules of 3–10 minutes with single-step decisions are built in-house by Rob.

Example topics

  • HHA In-Service: Observation & Reporting Changes
  • Care Transitions: Teach-Back for Safer Discharges
  • Fall Prevention in the Home
  • Infection Prevention: Hand Hygiene & PPE

Microlearning & Video

Short videos for the moments a full module is too much: a policy change, a reminder before flu season, or a 90-second “here’s how we do it here.”

  • Field staff don’t sit at desks. Aides and caregivers learn on phones, between visits, in two-minute windows.
  • Policy changes get lost in email. A memo rarely changes behavior. A short, clear video with a check is harder to skip.
  • Annual training fades by month three. A short reminder keeps a standard visible without another full course.

What’s included

  • Script written from your policy or memo
  • Presenter video, 60–180 seconds, with captions
  • Vertical (9:16) cut for phones
  • 3-question check per video
  • Your branding and on-screen key points

Who it’s for

Aides, caregivers, and field clinicians, and policy rollouts that need to reach everyone fast.

Example topics

  • Infection Prevention: Hand Hygiene & PPE
  • Emergency Preparedness for Home-Based Care
  • Fall Prevention in the Home
  • Sepsis Early Recognition (Home Setting)

Onboarding Paths

A consistent first 30 days for new aides, caregivers, and clinicians: the policies that matter most, role scenarios, and a manager sign-off, so every new hire gets the same strong start.

  • Every preceptor teaches it differently. New hires learn whatever their shadowing partner happens to do.
  • Turnover makes orientation constant. High-turnover agencies re-deliver the same orientation every week.
  • Managers can’t see who’s ready. There’s no shared checklist for when someone is safe to work alone.

What’s included

  • Curriculum map for the first 30 days
  • A short series of interactive modules, built in phases
  • Role-based decision scenarios
  • Job aids and pocket cards
  • 30/60/90-day check-in checklist
  • Manager competency sign-off

Who it’s for

Home health and hospice agencies, home care agencies, and staffing firms with high turnover.

Good to know: Programs are built one module at a time, so the first can launch before the last is done. The 10-business-day timeline applies to a single pilot module.

Example topics

  • HHA In-Service: Observation & Reporting Changes
  • Infection Prevention: Hand Hygiene & PPE
  • Recognizing & Reporting Abuse, Neglect & Exploitation
  • Dementia Communication Essentials

Annual & In-Service Training

Aide in-service and annual topics built from your policies, with completion records and supervisor competency checklists designed to support, not guarantee, survey readiness.

  • The annual scramble. Required topics pile up in the last quarter, and staff click through them.
  • Generic content, specific surveys. Surveyors ask about your policy, not a library vendor’s version.
  • Documentation is scattered. Sign-in sheets, quiz printouts, and skills checks live in different places.

What’s included

  • Annual topic calendar built with your RN supervisor
  • Course Blueprints customized to your policies
  • Supervisor competency checklist for each module
  • Completion log template
  • Policy-to-module crosswalk (which section each scenario teaches)

Who it’s for

Home health and hospice aide in-service programs, home care, and assisted living annual training.

Good to know: We build content and checklists. We don’t provide a course library, auto-assignment, or a compliance dashboard; keep your LMS or library platform for that layer.

Example topics

  • HHA In-Service: Observation & Reporting Changes
  • HHA In-Service: Skin Integrity & Pressure Injury Awareness
  • HHA In-Service: Safe Transfers & Body Mechanics
  • Recognizing & Reporting Abuse, Neglect & Exploitation

Scenario Practice

Practice the hard moments before they happen: reporting a change in condition, teach-back, escalation, and difficult conversations with families, with feedback that teaches the “why.”

  • Knowing isn’t doing. Staff can recite a policy and still freeze when a patient or family pushes back.
  • Role-play is hard to schedule. Live practice takes educators and time that small agencies don’t have.
  • Feedback is inconsistent. Two trainers give two different answers to the same situation.

What’s included

  • Branching scenario module (2–3 steps)
  • Realistic dialogue written by a nurse
  • Scored rubric aligned to your policy
  • Explained feedback for every choice
  • Debrief guide for huddles

Who it’s for

Clinical managers and educators in home health, hospice, and senior living.

Good to know: Single-step and 2–3 step branching are built in-house. Scenarios are always fictional composites; never send real patient details.

Example topics

  • Care Transitions: Teach-Back for Safer Discharges
  • Hospice: End-of-Life Conversations with Families
  • Dementia Communication Essentials
  • Hospice: Recognizing Signs of Active Dying

Conversion & Job Aids

Good content trapped in slides? We turn existing decks and recorded in-services into short interactive modules, and build the job aids people actually use in the home.

  • Good content trapped in slides. Recorded in-services and slide decks sit unused on a shared drive.
  • Nothing at the point of need. Aides need a checklist on a phone, not a 40-page manual.
  • Too many topics, no plan. On the discovery call, we help you pick the one policy worth piloting first.

What’s included

  • PPT, PDF, or recorded in-service converted to an interactive module
  • Job aids: checklists, pocket cards, and QR “how-to” videos
  • A short list of which policies to build next

Who it’s for

Directors of nursing, administrators, and educators with existing material.

Example topics

  • Emergency Preparedness for Home-Based Care
  • Sepsis Early Recognition (Home Setting)
  • Fall Prevention in the Home
  • Infection Prevention: Hand Hygiene & PPE

How every build runs

The CARE Build Method.

Two client review checkpoints. Nothing ships that you haven’t approved.

  1. CClarify

Day 1: a 30-minute call. You send the policy (no PHI) and name one reviewer.

  2. AArchitect

Days 2–4: script, storyboard, and decision points. You approve at checkpoint 1.

  3. RRender

Days 5–8: presenter video, module build, knowledge checks, and completion record.

  4. EEquip

Days 9–10: one consolidated revision round, QA, then web module + MP4.

Day ranges apply to a single pilot module and depend on timely review. See the full process.

Who does the work

TPM ILS is a founder-led studio, not an agency with a bench. Rob Sieck, RN, BSN, MHA, writes and builds every module and is your single point of contact. If a project ever needs a specialty skill, such as a bilingual clinical reviewer for Spanish or an accessibility audit, we tell you up front and quote it separately.

What we don’t offer: VR, LMS hosting, analytics dashboards, CE credit, accreditation, certification, or legal and compliance review. Your organization reviews and approves all content and remains responsible for meeting its regulatory requirements.

FAQ

Common questions.

Do we need an LMS?

No. The web module works from a link and the MP4 plays anywhere. SCORM packaging is available as an add-on.

Already on Relias or CareAcademy?

Keep it. We build the agency-specific modules their libraries don’t have, and they fit alongside your platform.

Can we use our own branding and policy language?

Yes. Your logo, colors, and the exact wording of your policy are built in, and every scenario maps back to a policy section.

Who owns the finished files?

You do. Your organization owns the final delivered files and can use them internally without ongoing fees.
