Privacy Notice

Plain language, kept short. We collect only what we need to answer you, and we never accept patient information.

Last updated October 2026

This Privacy Notice explains how TPM Interactive Learning Studio, a division of Trilogy Performance Media LLC (“TPM ILS,” “we,” “us”), collects and uses personal information through tpmlearningstudio.com (the “Site”). We are a small business and we keep this simple: we collect only what we need to answer you and do the work you ask for.

What we collect

  • Information you send through our forms: your name, email address, organization, role, optional phone number, training topic, and message. Our contact and pilot-request forms are processed and stored by Netlify Forms, a service of our website host, Netlify.
  • Emails and calls: what you write to us by email, and scheduling details if you book a call through Calendly (a 30-minute Google Meet call).
  • Basic technical data: like most websites, our host may log IP addresses, browser type, and pages requested in order to deliver and secure the Site. We don’t use advertising trackers on the Site.

No patient information (PHI)

Please don’t send protected health information. We never need or accept PHI, whether through the Site, by email, or in project materials. If PHI reaches us by mistake, we delete it and let you know.

How we use it

  • To reply to your message, within one business day
  • To schedule and hold discovery calls
  • To scope, quote, and deliver projects you request
  • To keep basic business records (such as invoices) and to protect the Site from spam and abuse

We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Who we share it with

We share information only with service providers that help us run the business, under their own terms and privacy policies:

  • Netlify: website hosting and form submissions
  • Calendly and Google: call scheduling and Google Meet
  • Our email provider: sending and receiving email
  • Production tools (for example, HeyGen for AI presenter video): used only with project content you approve, never with PHI. See Data handling & AI.

We may also disclose information when required by law.

How long we keep it

We keep inquiry information as long as needed to respond and follow up, and project records as long as needed for the engagement and our legal and tax obligations. You can ask us to delete your information at any time.

California privacy rights

If you are a California resident, you may have rights under California law, including the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act, to:

  • Know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose
  • Request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information
  • Opt out of the “sale” or “sharing” of personal information (we don’t sell or share it)
  • Be free from discrimination for exercising these rights

To make a request, email rob@tpmlearningstudio.com with the subject “Privacy request.” We may need to verify your identity, and you may use an authorized agent. Where these laws apply to us, we treat browser privacy signals such as Global Privacy Control as an opt-out request.

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable safeguards, but no method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure.

Children

The Site is for businesses and isn’t directed to children under 16. We don’t knowingly collect their information.

Changes

We’ll update this page when our practices change and revise the “last updated” date above.
