Training for assisted & senior living teams.

Assisted living, memory care, and senior living teams juggle annual refreshers, resident-rights expectations, and dementia care across every shift. We build short modules from your own policies that fit into a shift huddle.

What we hear

The training problems we solve here.

Challenge 1

Annual refreshers feel stale

Staff repeat the same slides every year and retain little.

Challenge 2

24/7 shift coverage

Night and weekend staff miss live in-services.

Challenge 3

Resident-centered communication

Dementia, rights, and grievance situations need practiced language.

  4. EEquip

Days 9–10: one consolidated revision round, QA, and final files you own.

Pricing

Start small, at a fixed price.

Start with the $1,500 founding pilot: one module from one policy, in 10 business days. If it works, add standard modules from $2,500. If the finished module isn’t usable for your team, you owe no balance.
