We want every learner to be able to finish the training we build, and every visitor to be able to use this website.
Our target
We design our website and modules to target the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1, Level AA. This is a design target, not a certification or a claim of full conformance. Some third-party components, such as the embedded scheduler, are outside our control.
Captions and transcripts
- Presenter videos ship with closed captions (WebVTT).
- Our demo library includes a text transcript for each demo video.
- Client deliverables include a caption file and, on request, a transcript.
Keyboard and screen readers
- Pages and modules are designed to be fully usable with a keyboard, with visible focus and a “Skip to content” link.
- Decision points use real buttons, and feedback is announced to assistive technology.
- We use semantic headings, labeled form fields, and descriptive alternative text.
Visual design
- Text and controls are designed for readable contrast.
- Layouts are designed to work on phones and when zoomed to 200%.
- Animations respect your device’s “reduce motion” setting.
For client projects
Tell us about specific accessibility requirements at kickoff. A formal accessibility (WCAG) review is available through a specialist partner and is quoted separately.
Feedback
If anything on this site or in one of our modules is hard to use, email rob@tpmlearningstudio.com with the page and the problem. We reply within one business day and will provide the content in another format where we can.
