FAQ

Home Care: common questions.

Do you know our state’s caregiver rules?

State requirements vary. Your organization confirms which rules apply; we build content around your policies and those requirements.

Can training be finished before a first shift?

Yes. Modules are web links, so new caregivers can finish them during onboarding before their first client visit.

Do you need patient information?

No. We never need or accept PHI. Scenarios use fictional patients and clients.
