Questions, answered plainly.
Everything administrators, educators, and compliance leads ask before a first project.
Getting started
What does TPM Interactive Learning Studio do?
We turn your own policies and SOPs into short interactive training: an AI presenter video, scored decisions with feedback, a supervisor sign-off checklist, and a printable completion record. TPM ILS is a division of Trilogy Performance Media LLC, founded by Rob Sieck, RN, BSN, MHA.
Who do you work with?
Home-based and post-acute care only: home health, hospice, home care, assisted and senior living, and the staffing agencies that serve them.
Already on Relias or CareAcademy?
Use a platform already? Already on Relias or CareAcademy? We build the agency-specific modules their libraries don’t have. Keep your platform for its course library, auto-assignment, and reports; we deliver web links, MP4s, or a SCORM add-on that fit alongside it.
What do you need from us to start?
The policy or SOP you want trained, a named reviewer, and the behavior staff should demonstrate. The timeline starts once complete source materials are received.
How do we get started?
Book a 30-minute Google Meet call or send a message. We reply within one business day.
Data, privacy & PHI
Do you need patient information (PHI)?
No. PHI is never needed or accepted. Send policies, SOPs, decks, and de-identified or fictional examples only. Scenarios use fictional patients.
What happens if PHI is sent by mistake?
We delete it, let you know, and ask for a de-identified version.
Where is our data stored?
Website forms are stored by Netlify Forms; project files in our access-limited business email and cloud storage; approved scripts are processed by HeyGen to generate presenter video. See Data handling & AI.
AI presenters
Is the presenter a real person?
No. Presenters are AI-generated video, and we disclose that. We can add an on-screen disclosure for learners.
Can you create an avatar of our leader?
Yes, only with that person’s documented consent, and only for projects they approve.
Is AI writing our clinical content?
AI tools may help with drafting, but every line is reviewed by a registered nurse and approved by your reviewer before anything is published.
Timeline & process
How long does a pilot module take?
10 business days: Day 1 kickoff, Days 2–4 script and storyboard, Days 5–8 production, Days 9–10 review and delivery. The timeline depends on timely review.
How many revisions are included?
The pilot includes one consolidated revision round. Additional rounds can be quoted separately.
How many review checkpoints are there?
Two: you approve the script and storyboard before production, then review the build before delivery.
Deliverables & ownership
What do we receive?
A web module that works from a link in any browser, an MP4 video with captions, a supervisor competency sign-off checklist, and a printable completion record.
Who owns the finished training?
You do. Your organization owns the final delivered files and can use them internally without ongoing fees.
Do you host the training?
No. You receive the files; hosting beyond the delivered files isn’t included.
LMS & SCORM
Do we need an LMS?
No. The web module works from a link and the MP4 plays anywhere.
Do you provide SCORM?
Yes. SCORM packaging is available as an add-on. LMS administration isn’t included.
Do you replace Relias or CareAcademy?
No. We build the agency-specific modules their libraries don’t have, and they work alongside your platform.
Pricing
How much does it cost?
Start with the founding pilot: a fixed $1,500 for one 3–7 minute module. After the pilot, standard modules are $2,500, scenario modules start at $3,500, and a 3-module bundle is $6,750. See Pricing.
How is the pilot paid?
A 50% deposit to start and the balance on delivery. If the finished module isn’t usable for your team, you owe no balance.
What is the Founding Partner Program?
We’re selecting our first 3 founding partners. They get the founding price, direct access to an RN builder, and priority scheduling, in exchange for candid feedback and permission to publish a case study (anonymized if preferred). See the pilot page.
Compliance, CE & accessibility
Does training make us compliant?
No training can guarantee compliance or survey outcomes. Content is designed to support your program. You review and approve it and remain responsible for your requirements.
Do modules carry CE credit?
No. Modules don’t provide CE credit, accreditation, or certification.
Is the training accessible?
We design to target WCAG 2.1 AA, with captions, transcripts, keyboard navigation, and readable contrast. It’s a target, not a certification. See our Accessibility statement.
Do you provide legal or compliance review?
No. Your organization confirms that content meets its policies and regulatory requirements.
