The 10-business-day pilot

What happens on each day.

A pilot module runs on a fixed plan, with two review checkpoints that keep you in control.

Business days. The timeline starts once complete source materials are received and depends on timely review. Programs and bundles run on a phased schedule.

  1. Step 1

    Clarify

A 30-minute discovery call. We define the performance gap, the audience, the policy source, and how you’ll measure success.

    You provide

    • Your policy, SOP, or slide deck (no PHI)
    • A named reviewer
    • The behavior staff should demonstrate

    You get

    • Agreed scope and timeline
  2. Step 2

    Architect

We draft the script, scenarios, and knowledge checks from your policy and map each one back to the source.

    You provide

    • Policy clarifications
    • Consolidated feedback from your reviewer

    You get

    • Script
    • Storyboard
    • Scenario and knowledge-check plan
Checkpoint 1: you approve the script and storyboard
  3. Step 3

    Render

We produce the AI presenter video, visuals, interactions, and the scored completion record.

    You provide

    • One consolidated round of build feedback

    You get

    • Working web module
    • MP4 video with captions
Checkpoint 2: you review the build
  4. Step 4

    Equip

We launch it the way your staff learn: a web link or an MP4, or a SCORM package for your LMS as an add-on.

    You provide

    • Launch date and distribution plan

    You get

    • Final files you own
    • Supervisor sign-off checklist
    • Job aids (where scoped)
  5. Optional loop

    Evaluate & Refresh

At 30 days, we review completion and score data you share with us and agree on any updates, quoted per change.

    You provide

    • Completion and score data (no PHI)
    • Policy changes

    You get

    • 30-day review
    • Recommended updates, quoted before any work
